ZaidiWhat is Appreciative Inquiry? Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a collaborative, strength-based approach to both personal and organizational development.
Objectives:  The focus of this workshop will be on developing leadership and change capacities through Appreciative Inquiry. Prior knowledge of AI is not required. After attending this session, you will be able to:
  1. Define appreciative inquiry and contrast with deficit-based modalities of change.
  2. Illustrate applications of AI techniques in healthcare and education.
  3. Practice, after having experienced, AI as a leadership paradigm.
