Faculty Enhancement Opportunity Grants (FEOs) are an excellent way to get funding to learn a new skill, develop a new research direction, and so much more. Dr. David Quillen’s lecture will be broken down in to four parts: The first will be an overview of the FEO grants, the second will be some specific examples of previous FEO grants, the third will be how to apply and fill out the application, and finally an open session for questions and brainstorming for projects. After the lecture attendees will:
- Know how to apply for FEO grants and the process for evaluation
- Know the how the budget and COM match should be calculated
- Know the scope and range of FEO awards
