| June 19, 2026 | Chairs send out letters to Reviewers (note template and instructions), includes candidate’s preliminary dossier or CV and narratives |
| July-August 2026 | Candidate’s dossier reviewed by Departmental Administrator for formatting |
| August 3, 2026 | Deadline to submit candidate’s dossier (minus letters/forms) to hamleen@ufl.edu for formatting review |
| August 14, 2026 | Deadline for Reviewer letters/forms to be received by Chair |
| August 2026 | Department Administrator reviews dossier before faculty member certifies as final |
| August 28, 2026 | Faculty member uploads final dossier in FEA and certifies packet as final |
| September 15, 2026 | Department deadline for completion of Departmental process *Departmental assessment by eligible faculty *Chair completes his/her letter *Implement 10 Day Rule) [The chair/director must provide candidates with a copy of her/his letter by uploading the letter into the FEA system. The candidate has 10 days thereafter to submit a written response if s/he chooses to do so by uploading the response in the FEA system.] |
