Institutional Changes Resulted from Previous Survey

•Office of Faculty Affairs and Professional Development was founded.

•Promotion and tenure guideline revision for COM •Establishment of faculty seminars for professional and educational development.

•College level review committees were changed from one committee evaluating all promotions to Associate Professor (tenure and non-tenure) and one for Professors to one committee evaluating promotion and tenure within the tenure track and one evaluating promotion in the Multi-Mission and Single Mission Tracks.

•Extension of the tenure probationary period from 7 years to 10 years.
