Physician Addiction, Recovery & PRN – October 28, 2015

Objectives:

  1. Create awareness of the prevalence of alcohol and drug addiction among medical students and physicians.
  2. Share real-life examples of how alcoholism, drug addiction, and recovery can present themselves during the course of one’s medical training and practice.
  3. Give an understanding of both the purpose of PRN and the process of medical student and physician recovery through PRN.
